AI Assessment

Two weeks to find out what AI can do for your SME.

Everyone tells you AI will change your business. Nobody tells you where to start, or what it's actually worth in your company, with your team and your tools. This assessment answers that question — with numbers, not slides.

An assessment by someone who has lived your business — and who builds what he recommends.

Not a report that gathers dust: every recommendation is feasible, quantified, and I can deliver it myself.

I lived it, then I built it

In 25 years I've stood on both sides of the counter: freelance analyst-developer, but also co-founder of a shop, of a venue with holiday lodging and event spaces, of a training association, of startups and e-commerce businesses. I know the till that doesn't talk to the stock, the booking calendar that overflows, registrations managed by hand, quotes that sit for weeks.

Since 2023 I've been building applications with AI agents — and I install them in my own organizations before offering them to anyone else. When I analyze your company, I'm not discovering your business: I recognize your processes, and I know which ones AI can genuinely take over today.

Two weeks, five steps

I come to you, listen to your team describe their actual working day, and leave with what I need to map the whole company. Your time: about one hour per person interviewed, plus the final walkthrough.

  1. 01 Kickoff: your priorities, your constraints, your current tools
  2. 02 Team interviews — the people who do the work, not just management
  3. 03 Mapping of processes and information flows
  4. 04 Analysis: every AI opportunity scored on impact (hours saved) and feasibility (data, tools, cost)
  5. 05 Walkthrough: the report presented and discussed with you, decisions in hand

A short report, made for deciding

Not 80 pages of generalities about artificial intelligence. A document you can read in an evening and act on the next morning.

What this assessment is not. A promise of "transformation". We look for hours saved on one or two concrete processes — that's how AI enters an SME usefully. And if nothing serious emerges, the report will say so honestly.

Fixed price, announced upfront

Like everything at Super Génial: no hour counter, no surprises.

FAQ

Why pay, when free AI audits exist?
A free audit is a sales pitch in disguise: it always concludes you should buy whatever its author sells. Here you pay for real work — interviews, mapping, numbers — and the report is yours. You can act on it with me, with someone else, or on your own.
What if the assessment concludes there is nothing worth doing?
Then the report will say so, with the reasons. It's rare — there are almost always a few hours a week to win back — but knowing you should not invest right now saves you far more than the cost of an assessment.
Do we need to be digitized already for this to make sense?
No. We start from your real processes, even if they live on paper, in notebooks, or in two people's heads. That is often exactly where the assessment uncovers the most value.
How much of my team's time does it take?
About one hour per person interviewed, a kickoff meeting at the start, and a 90-minute walkthrough at the end. The rest of the work happens on my side.

Shall we look at what AI can do in your company?

Prices excluding VAT. Assessments run on site in Wallonia and Brussels; elsewhere in Belgium and Europe, let's talk.
